After application of the circular patch on a blowup air mattress left for four days without blowing up the patch started to bubble I sent an email to storm share and was told the product is only semipermanent. i’ve used three different patches in each time I get the same result doesn’t work

Will it stitch an old rubbered neoprene suit that tore along the entire neck seam, due to old age on the seams? . Rubber, fabric and rest of the suit seem ok. But the seam was very weak after 20 years of storage.

I have a rough patch on the outside of the roof where it's rubbed - not a hole yet, just abraded. Do you recommend Tuff tape on the inside (it's quite hard to get to) or could I use stormsure on the outside and rub it into the worn area to reinforce it - or both?

I bought Stormsure for a 20cm seam repair on my soft top golf cabriolet as the roof had previously had been re glued and it looked like the roof had shrunk slightly over the years. It worked amazing and I really wasn’t expecting it too work as I didn’t use the tape as I couldn’t get inside the roof due to the liner and would have been an invisible repair if it hadn’t been repaired previously. I’m now going to iron on a heavy duty tape over the seam and then I will repaint the roof in some Renavo so will look brand new. Thanks Stormsure for saving me £1000

what glue is best to use for this?

Can I ask why you put a patch under, can you not glue directly to the layer underneath?

This stuff is so far removed from glue that I have no idea what it is. Extremely hard to evenly coat and just no use for fixing rips caused by fingernails on an open cell suit. Be warned.

Don't bother I've used this with the patches and without.they both fell off within a week.use a puncher outfit it's better and cheaper

This is probably a vulcanizing compound so it kinda heals the rubber instead if just holding things together.

What if you can't get the canvas flat when you apply the product? Can it be applied when the convertible top is in place on a vertical surface?

You can only repair the roofs with no lining ie Audi TT, Mazda MX5, Honda S2000 etc. No chance of a BMW Audi Volvo etc they have a secondary layer
